Procrastination

Yesterday we went and picked up paint so we could start early Sunday morning and take care of some painting projects that have been on our list for nearly a whole year. Needless to say, we have the paint, but not the ambition.
Instead, we decided to go take a walk at the US National Whitewater Center. This is the coolest place!  This facility has just about anything you can think of involving outdoor activities. Their most impressive activity is their whitewater rafting course. It’s a man-made course where 12 million gallons of water make up a variety of rapids consisting of class II to class IV. You will find anyone ranging from the average Joe to an olympic superstar in training; regardless of who’s on the water, it’s fun to watch everyone as they battle it out with the rapids.

If whitewater just isn’t your thing, they have plenty of other things to do; such as, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, zip-line and team building activities.

Painting tomorrow?  Guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
